I was just back from vacation in Cape Cod, and I was walking to lunch, when to my surprise I ran into Carrie and Charlotte in front of the Plaza Hotel. They were filming “Sex in the City II.” Of course they were glad to see me and we made plans to have Sunday brunch at Pastis.
