The reason for the visit was to cook some new dishes

I got to drive my friend, Jordan's Mini Cooper

And this is Jordan; he's an otolaryngologist

Mia is Jordan's daughter and she is my friend, too

We drove to the country to visit Chef Marc

Bellmore is very beautiful and there are a lot of trees

There are many wild creatures, and you have to be very careful

Marc, Jordan, and Mom are writing a special cookbook

There was serious grilling done today,; it wasn't all just fun

Marc has a wood burning stove; it's not a good idea to sit on it

In the end, we made yummy "Mad Mushroom Stew"

If you have a wood stove, you should have one of these, too

we didn't get lost,

We loved visiting Marc,

took the Midtown Tunnel

and got safely back to NYC
